Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 108(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Mulder: Page 10, lines 13 - 18: Delete all material and insert: "(4) a boat that is not equipped with mechanical propulsion and that is exclusively paddled, poled, rowed, or powered by wind, unless the boat owner voluntarily elects to comply with the numbering and registration provisions of this section;" Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
